Comments: What a slow swim! Navigation was not good. What would you do differently?: Got to figure out how to pace myself in the swim. I feel like I left a lot in the tank after this swim. Transition 1
Comments: Not a great bike mount but overall a great tranaition in comparison to any other I have done. Somehow the wetsuit just came flying off! What would you do differently?: Learn how to mount with shoes on the bike. Bike
Comments: I could have pushed the hills a bit harder in retrospect. What would you do differently?: Push the hills harder. Transition 2
Comments: Fairly happy with this transtion. Not sure where I lost the time. What would you do differently?: Leave shoes on bike. Run
Comments: Very happy with this run. Tough little run course but still a pretty decent time. Could have pushed a little harder on the second loop. Gave the last half mile everything I had. What would you do differently?: Push a little harder miles 4 and 5 Post race

Arrived very early. Plenty of time to checkout the swim course and get organized. Had a much bigger breakfast than usual since the start was so late in the day (10AM). Had a scare finding the place so just as well we had lots of time. There are two marinas on Lake Anna with the same name!
Some stretching. Light jogging - just a few hungred yards.
