Comments: Good swim, I paced myself well and didn't go so hard I was panting - didn't get caught up or get passed (got caught but not passed) About 20 sec. faster than last year on LOTS less pool training What would you do differently?: Nothing ![]() Transition 1
Comments: Rubber bands broke too early so getting into my shoes was a trick - I didn't do well with that one today but that actually was w/ my bike time, not transition time - transition time was great What would you do differently?: Nothing, well maybe a better set up with the rubber bands ![]() Bike

Comments: I was focusing on having a good run today and worked hard (there was panting and drooling), again I still see room for improvement since I finished, waited about 10 min. then went back out for another 3 miles What would you do differently?: Nothing really, I felt good, stayed positive and ran hard : ) PR TODAY! ![]() Post race

Got up and had some dry corn chex (really didn't plan my food for the trip well) and drove from Ruthie and Bobby's to NOMAD - caught up with my Team G folks, got transition set up and was ready to go!
