Comments: This run sucked. I felt terrible, and I was hurting the entire way. I was actually looking for an excuse to quit before mile 3. Couldn't push myself as fast as I liked. What would you do differently?: More rest, but that's not going to happen during cross country training. Post race

Didn't really have one. Woke up at 6:30 and caught my ride at 7, and slept for as much as I could on the trip.
