Run
  • 2h 20m 6s
  • 13.1 miles
  • 10m 41s  min/mile
Comments:

First half went pretty well. The second half I really struggled, especially from about mile 10 on. The downhills really started hammering my quads.
What would you do differently?:

Train a little bit. I've been averaging about 10 miles a week, which I can state definitively is not enough, to run this race well (very technical, very hilly 1/2 marathon)
Post race
Warm down:

Walked around, stretched, ate, and then ate some more.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Tired and sore legs.

Event comments:

A great, well run race. They had the results up on the website within 4 hours after the race finished - Awesome job!!!
