Comments: Swam much better than usual - and longer distance of 1/2 mile for first time. Not having wetsuit made big difference. Got into a rythym and swam better on outside. What would you do differently?: Too far from bouy and had to redirect. Get better at sighting. Get a faster start. Train more for swim to handle distance with speed. Transition 1
Comments: Came into T area wrong side and knocked over bike. lost time on getting socks on and shoes. put helmet and glasses on first then shoes? What would you do differently?: Need to get into socks better/faster and lace up. Sit down? Bike

Warm down: None What limited your ability to perform faster: Swim - was 10 minutes behind winnner in my age class; need to become a better swimmer.
