Pre-race routine:

Got to town, stayed with some family, got up early for a good breakfast and start hydrating. Good to venue early, got set up and had time to get timing chip and try to relax before my start. Have a better idea of how to set up transition and what I need to bring next time.
Event warmup:

Did not warm up, too nervous about getting too cold after warm up pool, was in the high 40's at race time.

Had great swim, a little faster than expected, passed some slower swimmers and got out ok.

Jersey got held up do to being wet and not wanted to tear my run number already pinned to jersey.
What would you do differently?:

Not pin number to jersey and dry a little better, also bring a small bucket or camping seat to make putting on shoes a little easier.

Bike computer was not working, sensor on wheel got moved in transit, no idea on avg or max, just put the hammer down.
What would you do differently?:

Double check computer while setting up to make sure working.

Had to pee like a race horse during the entire run, it was very distracting.
What would you do differently?:

Pee one more time before swim or take 45 sec and pee at T2 if have to go that bad again.

Warm down:

Walking and stretching. Packed up and walk out with family, gatorade and a bagel

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Had to pee during run and need to train for run harder.

Had a great race and would recommend to any one as a great place to start!
