Comments: did this about 1 hour faster than last year and got the most improved award!!!...did change from trail shoes to road running shoes at about the 26 mile mark (a really good idea) What would you do differently?: I believe I can do this even faster with additional weight training...more hill work running and biking... Post race
Warm down: walked... What limited your ability to perform faster: lose some weight so I don't have to carry so much of me some of the steeper hills... Event comments: just a good, fun event and I look forward to doing it next year... Last updated: 2009-10-08 12:00 AM

just made sure to take in some calories...
would jog from place to place before race (car to registration, etc.)
