Pre-race routine:

got up at 4:50, got everything together, piece of toast with peanut butter. got to race site, and was ready to go.

great course. great amount of hydration.
What would you do differently?:

more training to not cramp on mile 21, not much more i could have done though

pretzel, great massage.

training for the last 5 miles.

Course: great course, ran with a guy from mile 5 to around 18. great to have someone to pace with. legs cramped and were tight at mile 21, took on a gel, felt better, last mile and a half was pretty painful. was on the verge of cramping very bad right by the finish line. ditched the hydration belt at 10k. didn't need it, plenty of drink stations. felt really good the whole way though, great experience.
