Swim
Comments: The swim was very, very bad. The wetsuit was tight in the chest and felt constricted. Tom was my swim buddy, tho. Lucky for me. What would you do differently?: Have my own wetsuit and stretch it out. Transition 1
Comments: Very smooth, but slow. Wetsuit slid right off. Squirted off my feet and I was good to go. Walked out to T1. Tender feet + rough asphalt=ouch. What would you do differently?: Reduce time. Bike
Comments: I love the turns through the Sea World lot! I used my h2o bottle, too! Didn't drop it and I put it back, too. What would you do differently?: Increase speed & cadence. Transition 2
Comments: Cake! What would you do differently?: Nothing. Run
Comments: Also cake! I took a h2o bottle w/ me. Ran the whole way, of course! Slow, but running. What would you do differently?: Run a bit faster. Post race

Bagel with cheese. Set up my spot. Practiced finding it from swim in and bike in.
A lot of nervous sweating. Getting into the wetsuit was a pretty good warm up.
