Warm down: Walked around and had some water What limited your ability to perform faster: Fitness level and pacing. I need to up my running volume overall. Had some chicken lunch meat, peanut butter and raisins. Got to the race about an hour early and walked around to see who I could find.
Ran around a block at close to race speed to warm up.
