Need to work on navigation. Need to get comfortable and find a race pace rhythm faster.

Work on stretching out, swimming from my core, and pay better attention to navigation.

spent 30 seconds longer than needed struggling with wetsuit. Insoles of left shoe slipped and i had to take it off and put it on again. this may not happen when i get a tri bike and will be putting on my running shoes with dry feet.

got that wetsuit off faster.

Felt hard. Lost my form during last 2 miles. Pretty much spent everything I had, without collapsing at the finish.

Fitness. Need to get stronger and faster for longer.

Swim was a little disorganized. A big boat practically ran over the first wave. But overall a good race.
