woke up at 3:30. had banana and peanut butter on toast. Got my gear together and drove to race start. set uptransition and watched the kids and enticers crash into each other...

Nothing... perhaps turn up the sprint a little earlier... wonder If I can sprint 2 kms next time instead of 1...
