Comments:

Overall I was very happy with my performance. I wanted to run hard on the flats and go easy up the hills. Generally this worked well but the hills took a little more out of me than I planned. Still a good race and only 30 seconds off of my PR that was on a flat course!
What would you do differently?:

More hill training.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

The hills slowed me down more than I had planned for.

Event comments:

The only issue I had was that the drink stations were spaced out strange.
