Comments:

Was a good run. Started off slow and then sped up on the first long downhill. Was feeling great, didn't need to stop and walk through water station. Could really tell that my 3x week running was helping me with this race. Came in under 30 minutes, a PR. Now I know that I can do it!!!
What would you do differently?:

Push a little hard during the middle of the race.

Well considering I used to be the race coordinator, it's always fun to run this race. They did a great job this year and it's neat to see the race continue to grow. Plus - people's times were right this year...a HUGE plus for the race.
