Comments: Had a current which drove a need to cut in towards shore, but had a little difficulty getting there. What would you do differently?: Train Transition 1
Comments: Decent T-1. I was 69/355 overall and 8/31 in my AG What would you do differently?: Nothing Bike
Comments: Not a bad bike leg. I didn't charge this one as hard as normal and I'm not really sure why. What would you do differently?: Nothing Transition 2
Comments: Terrible T-2. I had to double back to grab my Garmin, took a sip of water, just wasted a lot of time here. What would you do differently?: Do this transition as I know it should be done and not screw around like I did here. Run
Comments: A pretty decent run. I felt good and enjoyed the run. I was definitely more aggressive on the run leg than any other leg. What would you do differently?: Nothing Post race
Warm down: Walked, drank, had a banana and a pastry What limited your ability to perform faster: The usual - training and I think there was a little motivation issue here. I just didn't get my head totally in the game with the bike leg and T-2. Event comments: I always enjoy this race. I love the run leg in Lanikai. It's probably my favorite run leg of any tri I've done to date. Not sure what happened with the mental game here, but overall, I'm ok with my race. I was more comfortable in the water than last month's race, but I need to work on my endurance. I know, broken record... Last updated: 2009-10-25 12:00 AM

My usual - pottie, set up transition, and chill
