Do this transition as I know it should be done and not screw around like I did here.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

The usual - training and I think there was a little motivation issue here. I just didn't get my head totally in the game with the bike leg and T-2.

Event comments:

I always enjoy this race. I love the run leg in Lanikai. It's probably my favorite run leg of any tri I've done to date.

Not sure what happened with the mental game here, but overall, I'm ok with my race. I was more comfortable in the water than last month's race, but I need to work on my endurance. I know, broken record...
