Comments: Felt great most of the race. Around mile 4 the form started to let loose, but not too horribly. What would you do differently?: Not much. ![]() Post race
Warm down: Light jogging, walking, stretching. What limited your ability to perform faster: cardio and a little strength. Event comments: York Road Runners Club did an awesome job.
