Started out slower and worked the pace down, 11:38 avg first 6, 11:15 from 6-10 miles, 10:15 for last 5k.
What would you do differently?:

Work a little harder at the first half, had some to give.

Event comments:

I like the atmosphere of this race and the expo was great as was the aid stations, but the food and drinks for athletes after were terrible and really lacking.
