Comments: focused on keeping 20+ mph pace legs tightened up 8 miles into bike, could feel the 2 mile run able to keep high cadence fairly easily, internal sense of cadence improved no matter what, wanted a 20mph bike pace Transition 2

Comments: glad I carried my own gatorade for 2nd run, drank some of mine plus water at 2 stops remembered that I could go faster than I felt, very rubbery legs during 1st 5 minutes and during last 0.5 mile. What would you do differently?: Try to run the week before the race. Intervals are key. Running in heat prop also key. Post race
What limited your ability to perform faster: too much work the week leading up to the tri, especially migraine on Friday, not enough sleep with insomnia Wed night and Thrs night Very happy with results given the limited training I had in late June and the stressful week just before the race.
