Comments:

My show came untied completely approximately 400 meters in. Ran the whole race with my laces smacking my ankle and fearing a fall!
What would you do differently?:

double tie my shoes!

Shoe being untied.

Event comments:

I really enjoyed the challenge of the hills. I prefer a challenge rather than just a flat, boring course. I was trying to beat my best time of 30:16 which was done on a relatively flat course, so I count this race a success...even with an untied shoe! ;-)

Course: Killer hill over interstate, then turn around at the bottom and do it all over again! It was great! Very challenging, not much of a break between the two hills.
