never really got spread out until the very end. battle around the buoys.

good run, with a few challenging hills. had pretty good recovery off the bike, and was running well after about 1 mile.

run faster of course !

What limited your ability to perform faster:

foot pain due to a lot of training (metatarsals are hurting).
