Comments: Starting feeling slightly tight around 20, but kept pace. ITB's getting it. At 23, the ITB's hit the wall and put the breaks on the pace, started hurting splits after that. Up till 23 miles, I was average on my 8:00 mark. What would you do differently?: Go out faster to put more time int the bank. Stretch out ITB's for months prior to race, as well as strengthen them up. Reading up on this. Post race
