Comments: For the first 10 miles, I ran 10 minutes and walked 1 minute. I ran into the 2:15 pace setter after that and tried to hang on for the last 3.1. What would you do differently?: Keep going when I had the runner's high Post race
Warm down: Got gear bag, drank beer, and cheered on the marathon runners What limited your ability to perform faster: Probably being sick last week and need to do more long runs Event comments: Well run race.
