MEH - FLAT TIRE! The time on my HRmonitor is another 10 minutes longer because I had to change that stupid front tire. It didn't go smoothly, I'm sure because I was trying to rush. But I entered the time the bike computer said because I am more interested in my own athletic performance than my ability to change a tire.
What would you do differently?:

Not rush the tire changing as much and not let it demoralize me quite as much....

Better than I expected frankly. I was really down going into it because I knew that any chance of placing was lost due to the tire issue, but I just kept going and feel good about the overall result.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

a flat tire and the mental distraction of it afterward.
