Pre-race routine:

Got up about 6:15, dressed, brushed, and headed out for oatmeal and coffee. Watched runners headed over to the start area then decided to head over myself.
Event warmup:

Stretched a bit in the corral. Tons of people, just watched as the corral filled up. Had predicted time between 3:50 and 4:20, so when the New Balance pace teams came into the corral, made sure I started with the 3:50 group.

Comments:

Felt pretty good the entire marathon. Was a little worried had gone out a little fast but I optimistically think if not for the (3) potty breaks I may have been able to keep with the pace group. Legs and lungs felt good most the way. Feet were cramping a bit. When I felt uncomfortable, I would concentrate on the Chi running techniques and breathing and the discomfort would go away. This seemed to work. Also concentrated on keeping my head in a neutral position. I took gu (Carboom) at mile ~7 and ~17. Since stomach was already bothering me, I didnt want to take too much. The last few miles I felt like I had picked it up but my watch said differently! I am rating my run average because I dont think I gave it everything but I finished comfortably. Best thing is no soreness! Wow!
What would you do differently?:

Avoid dairy the week prior, especially the night b4, see if that helps the gastrointestinal system!
Dressed too warm at the beginning.
Try to stay with the pace group or at least pick someone to bring those last few miles in with!
Post race
Warm down:

Walked over to Fred's team area in the Charity Village, took off shoes and had a cookie and beer with Preston and other Fred's team members.
Waited for Colleen but she had already headed to the hotel and taken a shower! Met her at the fountain for some pics!

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Potty breaks.
Needed to train a little faster.

Event comments:

This race was well organized, lots of portapotties, drink stations, spectators. Everything you need to run a good marathon!
