HR peaked around 157, and averaged 151. Talk about not pushing it.
Mostly country roads, some shared with auto traffic on a few portions where we went onto the populuar County Highways. Police handled everything superbly and even shouted out directions, distances to aid stations and turns ahead.
A few hills thrown in there but I didn't feel like any of them lasted long enough to really damage the pace or sap energy.
