Fastest bike split so far in the 2009 season. Not a lot of wind to contend with, and my legs felt strong the entire way. Was trying for under 30 minutes, but just missed it. Next year.

First mile felt slow but I really picked it up in Mile 2 and gave it all I had in Mile 3. Didn't throw up this time but at least I ran a good 5K. It came out a bit short at 3.04 but who cares. Close enough! :)
