Comments: Fastest bike split so far in the 2009 season. Not a lot of wind to contend with, and my legs felt strong the entire way. Was trying for under 30 minutes, but just missed it. Next year. What would you do differently?: Nothin. Transition 2
Comments: Flying dismount as usual. Good T2. I've lost hardware because of transitions and I was not about to let that happen this year. What would you do differently?: Nothing Run
Comments: First mile felt slow but I really picked it up in Mile 2 and gave it all I had in Mile 3. Didn't throw up this time but at least I ran a good 5K. It came out a bit short at 3.04 but who cares. Close enough! :) What would you do differently?: Nothing. Post race
