What would you do differently?: Forget Drying off as much Bike
Comments: Pushed it hard throughout the bike course. Ate 1/2 Cliff Bar, didn't feel so good, too sweet! Transition 2
Comments: Same shoes for biking and running, so smooth transition. What would you do differently?: Get a better bike! My old mountain bike that I purchased at a yard sale just isn't cutting it anymore :-) Run
Comments: Was a bit overheated. What would you do differently?: Need to squirt water bottle over head next time during the transition to enter the run section a bit cooler. Post race
