Same shoes for biking and running, so smooth transition.
What would you do differently?:

Get a better bike! My old mountain bike that I purchased at a yard sale just isn't cutting it anymore :-)

Need to squirt water bottle over head next time during the transition to enter the run section a bit cooler.
