Comments:

I did not feel like I warmed up enough before the race. However, I am pleased with how I ran it.
What would you do differently?:

I would have warmed up before the race and drink more water. I would have run around a little and done some strides.

Event comments:

This was the first time they put on a race and there was lots of enthusiasm. There was good food, live music and raffle give aways.

Course: Started on pavement for about 1.5 miles, then on dirt road up to a paved trail, back to dirt road and finished on street the way we came in. It was an out and back course. The last 2.5 miles were downhill, so there was a lot of uphill in the beginning. (The course was actually less than 10K)
