Time for swim was only 4:03. Current was really strong, so the course was shortened considerably. I think I only swam about 200 yards. The hardest part of the swim was going up the walkway to transition.

Felt good on the bike. Passed some people going uphill on the second loop.
What would you do differently?:

Need to work on my shifting and cadence. I do not like to pedal too fast.

Ran like I thought I would. I will never be a speed demon. My ankles and left foot started to hurt about half way through.
