Comments: Stopped to use porto-potty. Waited 3 min while it was "occupied" Eventually someone knocked and found it empty! WTF I lost probably over 4 min this way! FARK. What would you do differently?: Knock on the john! Run harder ![]() Post race
Warm down: walk back to transition What limited your ability to perform faster: This was a great race for me. I had hoped to go under 3 hrs but I don't think that would have been possible for me on that day - I felt pretty strong and was thrilled with my swim time.
