Stopped to use porto-potty. Waited 3 min while it was "occupied" Eventually someone knocked and found it empty! WTF I lost probably over 4 min this way! FARK.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

This was a great race for me. I had hoped to go under 3 hrs but I don't think that would have been possible for me on that day - I felt pretty strong and was thrilled with my swim time. Need to work on more running after biking and stronger bike fitness, more hill work!
