Comments: Ran ok, though not as fast as I'd have liked, but acceptable 1 week post-marathon. 2nd half was much slower than 1st. Developed a blister at the plantar base of my L big toe around mile 9. What would you do differently?: Work on negative splits. CHANGE SHOES ASAP! ![]() Post race

Not much of one. Drove an hour to the race. Ate a granola bar on the way and another right before the race. Picked up packet, changed and ran. Ran this one in shorts, compression sock on L leg, Red Asics and a sweatshirt.
Walked a lot.
