Woke up really early, and got to Long Beach at 5:00 A.M

Ate a banana and drink some gatorade.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

not knowing the course too well and a heavy bike. Lack of swimming technique

Event comments:

It's a fast course and for my first tri, it was a good introduction into the sport.
