Toast, bannana, 2 cups coffee, plenty of water. Gu 1 hr prior

Comments:

Trained for hills but not enough. Pace faster than expected but expected that. Pre cramping last couple miles
What would you do differently?:

Stop training on flat trails! Drink more water and get used to gels.

Fluids, energy bar, light walking

What limited your ability to perform faster:

I'm not fast but did better than I thought I would considering amout of hill training before run.

Great race, I may do it again next year
