Comments: Ran with Nick who was pacing me, ran a good race. Miles where even paced, at half way right on schedule. Started slowing about 18, loosing about 10 sec a mile till 22 and lost a minute. Was unable to go any faster. Only drank gatorade and one gu at 22.I felt good, weather started out cool and got hot fast heat played a part I am sure. What would you do differently?: Train harded at 14-20 mile runs. Not sure of what I could have done on race day. Post race
