Pre-race routine:

Had a gel, 250 ml of water and just hanged around chating with other competitors.

Started off a lttle slow, kind of catching up with my breath from the swim, but quickly (took me 1/4 of the run) I got up to speed and started going faster. Increased speed till the end and felt I could have gone faster.
