Had a tough time in the first loop but rallied to keep pace in the second.
Walked the hill on mile 2 and again on mile 8 and every aid station. Looked forward to every aid station.
What would you do differently?:

Train more on longer runs.

This was my first 70.3 and I wanted to break 6:30 and was happy to do that. Disappointed in my swim because I have swam the distance much faster. I was happy on the bike, 17.5 MPH is much better then any of my training rides. Running is my best of the three so I wish I could've done a better job there.
You never know how hard something is until you do it. I pushed my self to the limit and it hurt like hell but I'm happy I did. I appreciate all who participated and feel blessed to have finished.
