Pre-race routine:

5 hours of sleep, one banana. Trying to find a decent breakfast at 4am in Vegas is not easy. Lesson learned: bring food next time!
Event warmup:

Nothing really. We had a decent half mile walk from the end of the monorail line to the event area so that was good enough. It was very cold and most of the morning was spent huddled together in our corral.
Run
  • 1h 58m 5s
  • 13.1 miles
  • 09m 01s  min/mile
Comments:

Having just recovered from a 24-hr flu, had very little sleep, very little food, and been walking around Vegas for 2 days prior, I felt like the run went really well!
What would you do differently?:

More training. More sleep. Better nutrition leading up to the run.
Post race
Warm down:

Lots of stretching. It was cold and I cooled down really quickly, tightening everything up again.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

General health - just recovered from the flu.

Event comments:

Amazing race put on by a great organizer. There were bands along the course as well as many activities and other bands planned for the post race party.
