Comments: Good run for me, especially considering the lack of training the prior 3 weeks. This was a PR for me. What would you do differently?: train more so I could have ran the 10K Post race

The race was in my neighborhood, so I jogged/ran the 1 mile from my house to the start of the race. Plus some stretching.
