The usual!
6:45 walk the dog
7:10 Two peanut butter and light cheese sandwich with black tea.
8:00 meet with friend to catch train

Comments:

A very crowded start with too much people. I started from the under 48 min gate.
So I tryed to compensate the crowd with a little faster pace.
About the 6 Km mark my stomach gave me a litle pain in the left side... but in the descent fase it went away
What would you do differently?:

start a litle bit slower.

Fruit-party(ing) lot of Gatorade sit and have a nice chat with friends...
