Comments: Everything was wet from rain. What would you do differently?: Try to keep everything more dry and set up in order. Bike
Comments: I used to much effert to get below average results. My legs were killing me when I was finidhed the ride. What would you do differently?: Practice on the bike more.Need to ride outsid eand on hills. I do not feel very comfrotabel on the bike. Transition 2
Run
Comments: I bonked early in the run do to lack of pre-race routine and warmup What would you do differently?: Prepare my body better in the beginning. Post race
Warm down: Strech and eat What limited your ability to perform faster: Lack of prerace preparation Event comments: I erally like this race. It was rainy so the after event was difficult to enjoy if there was any. Everyone left right after the finish so we would not sit around in the rain.
