Pre-race routine:

Woke up went to Starbucks... got a coffee also drank 20 oz of Amino Vital..

Event warmup:

Did some stretching.... jog for about 7-8 mins

Felt awesome the first 2 miles 14:56 but wow that last hilly mile just smashed me I thought I was going to go sub 24 mins....

Walked around checked out all of the booths.....

What limited your ability to perform faster:

That friggin hill....

Event comments:

The only problem I really had with this event besides that final hill was... only 1 aid station ( water ) at .5 miles.... not enough water
