I used my Bike to Swim time here, more comparable because of the long bare foot run to the pool

Course was extremely crowded with cyclists on different laps. Needed better run to avoid excess traffic. Baby strollers and old men walking in the bike path would have been nice to avoid as well.

Start on-time, maybe an hour earlier. It would avoid all of the traffic. on the race course.
