Loved the run. I was really excited so glad to ran with my rock start wife. We had a great run.
However, it was super crowded. I think they need to stagger some of the corrals to leave a little more room on the course.
Also, how do the corral's get decided? We were in the 3rd to last corral, ran exactly our planned time and had to run past 100's if not 1000's of people. If people can't prove they can run a time, put them in the back!
What would you do differently?:

Rest a little.

COOKIES- I love this race, not only for the course and the medal, but becuase they don't skimp on the cookies at the end.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

My legs.

Course: Love this course! I really love running over the causeways and along South Beach. Raven and some Raven runners were out. I was great!
