Woke up 5:10, dressed, drove to race, nervous, stretched, drank water and gatorade, tried to eat some, lots of stretching and bathroom breaks.

Felt alright, swallowed lots of water, couldn't see last buoy due to the sun,the water was pretty darn chilly but I've swam in worse.
What would you do differently?:

Not much, just wish there wasn't so much of a run at the end, my feet hurt!!!

First timer, not too bad despite my shaking hands trying to tie my shoes cause i was so cold, can't complain on this didn't know what to expect.

Not be soo cold.

Snot everywhere on this due to the cold, but I felt like I was going so much slower due to the wind, I am pleased now with my time, Just think of what I could be at, I hadn't ridden my bike in two weeks due to leg problems.
What would you do differently?:

Train more on the bike, I could be faster, I didn't like getting past!!

This was an easy one, grab some water since I didn't drink much on the bike, legs felt like jelly but over all okay.

Do some bricks to prepare for what layed ahead.

Well, now I know what the whole jelly leg thing feels like, the first mile was tough, but I am pleased with my time, thought it would be slower, but I know I can get faster!!
