Tough transition. Long jog up to the second level parking lot/transition area. My feet were frozen when I got to my bike.
What would you do differently?:

Bring sandals for next year.

Course: Water temp was 58 F. I spent about 10 minutes in the water getting acclimated to the cold temp. I'm not a fast swimmer, so I stayed near the back of the pack. Overall the swim went much better than I expected.

Course: Flat coarse, I like the fact it was 4.5 miles. Allowed me some extra time to get in a rythmm. Had a good kick the last 1/4 mile and felt good.
