Swim
Comments: I swam far greater than 0.9 miles due to my poor navigation. What would you do differently?: sight for the buoy every 8 strokes Transition 1
Comments: I need to work on T1 in order to maximize time What would you do differently?: Practice T1 for sure Bike
Comments: I think that I was smart on the bike. I conserved energy on the climb, and then crushed it on the descent. What would you do differently?: push a little harder on the uphill Transition 2
Comments: more practice needed here, but very smooth t2! What would you do differently?: practice, especially the whole flying mount and dismount Run
Comments: Good run despite grade 1/2 Left Hip flexor strain What would you do differently?: Not do a competitive race during the taper week Post race
Warm down: walked gear back to car with some stretching What limited your ability to perform faster: left hip flexor poor swim navigation could have had stronger climbs on the bike Event comments: I'd give it a 5, but they need to do something about route 54A. The venue is awesome. The people are very helpful and supportive. The water is great and so is the run. In fact 75% of the bike roads are great. Last updated: 2009-12-26 12:00 AM
