Comments: First time I've been hit in the head and pushed around some. Didn't affect my stroke. Continued on. What would you do differently?: Nothing. Was my best swim and time. Transition 1
Comments: Used a new TriSlide Spray on my legs. My one leg popped right out of the wetsuit. Longer run to transition as the lake was down some from previous race in July. Tied for first in best Transition time for age group. What would you do differently?: Nothing Bike
Comments: Thought I had a better time according to my timer on my Bike. Oh well. It wouldn't have mattered in the end as the third place overall time for my age group was about 7 min ahead of me. What would you do differently?: Just need to keep getting better. Need to lose some weight so I am not having to carry it up the hills. Transition 2
Comments: Cramps trying to put shoes on and running out to start the run. Carried a Print Nathan Hand Water Bottle 8 oz. for the first time. Liked it. What would you do differently?: Nothing Run

Ate oatmeal and a bananna. Got to the site early and set-up transition area. Crowded rack by the start of the race.
Prepped my bike and did some stretching and short running. Got down to the water and swam for a little bit.
