Comments: Good run. Broke my goal time. Felt comfortable throughout the race, I think I held a good pace/effort throughout. What would you do differently?: Practice a little bit more on downhill running. I find it a bit difficult to just let myself go down te hill without bracing which slows me down. Post race
What limited your ability to perform faster: Descending skills. Fine uphill and was strong at the end Event comments: Bit chaotic at the finish line because the finish shoot was a bit narrow and the space for post race food and chilling was a bit small. Last updated: 2009-12-28 12:00 AM
