Comments: Felt good. Had the Garmin set to run at 6:20/km. Half way point was 2 minutes ahead of that pace so pushed a little harder coming home. Didnt push the race to hard. Its early in the year, and I've got some bigger races coming up. Was warmer day that I had expected when signing up in November. I got a little toasty on the last 10k when the sun popped out. Post race
Warm down: Eat the great buffet. eggs-Sausage-Crispy bacon and scones.. then a Starbuks on the way for good measure. What limited your ability to perform faster: My lower body. Event comments: Was a good winter run. Only had one aid station and potty at halfway mark, but don't need alot of hydration in the middle of the winter. Last updated: 2009-12-28 12:00 AM
