Was disoriented out of the water could not find my spot easily, took it way too slow to transition.
What would you do differently?:

recon the transition area where to exit the water, way from water to bike.

Took me 7K to get in the mood, on 20K that doesn't leaves much to make a difference

exit the water faster to be more on the attack (and I need better wheels)

Again I was disoriented could not find my shoes, entered the wrong row of bikes at to run back and forth, that wasn't very efficient, the rest went quite okay

again recon the transition area to figure the ways in and out.

Run went quite well, it felt weird after the bike, but I could find a rhythm pretty fast and then it went okay. I enjoy the fact that we had to run the 5K on 4 laps, that made it easier once you completed the first you could adjust your pace.
